1.) Design

We design and furnish your short-term rental properties from the inside out. Our professional design services are included within our furnishing fee, so you get a great design aesthetic at an affordable price.

Each space is unique, and each client’s budget different, so we can conduct a build out that works for you!

2.) Build

We conduct all renovations required for your property— all based on the budget you have in mind. Need an updated kitchen or bathroom to make your listing sing? We can handle that.

In addition to renovations, we can also work with your local construction crew to build spaces from the ground up.

3.)Host

We manage all aspects of the property for you: like maintenance, cleaning, finances, and communication. We also inspect the property regularly, to ensure it is in excellent shape for the next visitors.

We take a small percentage of bookings, and write you a check each month with the profits.

  • We book the property on your behalf, generating as much income as possible, while keeping your property in tip-top shape.

  • We list your property on multiple platforms to help diversify your listing and to help it generate more revenue. (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)

  • All cleaners are professionally trained and specifically taught to be thorough and detail-oriented. Good cleaning is the life-blood of a short-term rental, not an afterthought- so we place a lot of time/effort into cleaning excellence.

  • Instead of conducting repairs every 12 months, we fix property issues weekly as they arise, guaranteeing that your home/asset is being taken care of properly.

  • Our pricing software automates your nightly rates, to ensure that you are maximizing your earning potential. This feature will earn you thousands more over the span of a year!

  • We write a review for each and every guest that stays at your space, as a gesture of great service to them, but also to generate more reviews for your home. Great reviews lead to a better performing listing!

  • We can run analytics of your property address to track performance and edit your listing accordingly. Listings aren’t meant to launch, never to be touched again. We provide consistent involvement in our listings, regularly updating them to stand-out and perform well.

  • Our team consists of highly trained and seasoned designers- with backgrounds in architecture, interiors, and media. You can rest assured that each design decision is deliberate, and that we’ll do everything we can to create a beautiful space, but on your budget.

  • Our contracting crews lay floors, build walls, paint, assemble furniture- anything that you need to give your space the shine it needs for listing. We also work with local contractors to build new constructions: cabins, uniques stays, etc..

  • Each listing is professionally photographed to ensure its best chance for booking. We find that this is an often over-looked step to help your listing stand out against the crowd.
